The Corn Snake Pit's Warranty and Guarantee:

I Guarantee: The Corn Snake Pit will ship out only live animals that are in 100% good health, parasite free, properly and correctly sexed and identified as to morph type, and feeding. Some will have fed and shed many times. I will not guarantee live arrival if you are not home to receive the snake(s) when they arrive at your door. I would appreciate you letting me know within the first 48 hours after the snake(s) are in your possession by phone, or email, that you have received them. If there are any changes in their conditions, I would like to hear that as well. If I do not hear from you within the above-mentioned 48-hour period, I will then assume that you are satisfied with the snake(s) you received and to their condition.

Shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Our animals are produced in limited quantities and are sold on a first come, first served, basis. Therefore, It may be that we no longer have a morph available. If that's the case, we can put you on a waiting list for the next available hatchling or pair.

Here's my 30 day Guarantee: First, I promise to ship only live, healthy animals. If the snake(s) arrives dead, or dies from causes not directly attributable to your either your husbandry practices or to your not receiving and caring for the animal in a timely manner, within the first month (30 days) in your possession, then I will replace it with the same morph and sex, if available, or with another morph type of the same sex of equal value. The dead animal must be returned, so my vet can make an assessment as to why it might have died.
